Since Senator Bob Corker (R-TN) said the Trump administration was in a “downward spiral,” it’s looking more and more like a death spiral. Last night at exactly 6PM when we were signing off for the day, the news broke that Robert S. Mueller former head of the FBI and Comey’s predecessor had been appointed Special Counsel charged with investigating the Russia “thing” as Trump calls it. The cracks in the GOP are now visible.

Just minutes before the Mueller appointment, the Washington Post reported that House Majority Whip Kevin McCarthy believed prior to the transition, that Trump was being paid by Russia. And shortly after that, we learned that the Trump Transition Team (that’s YOU Mike Pence) knew that Flynn was under investigation and STILL made him National Security Advisor.

If I worked in the purchasing department at the Trump White House, I wouldn’t be buying long-lasting light bulbs or anything in bulk.

OH and the legendary sexual harasser who ruined so many women’s careers, Roger Ailes is dead!
